Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for business development efforts with existing and new customers. This position drives sales growth by creating selling strategies to grow market share in each relevant product and service offering, develops and leverages relationships with clients, and provides excellent customer service and expert consultation during each transaction.
Skills Required
- Ability to gather, analyze and accurately interpret detailed information
- Demonstrated above average organizational skills
- Self-directed and able to independently manage time and projects
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Products, advanced skill level in Excel
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing or related field
- Extensive business to business sales experience
- Increase client base by 25-50%
- Proven ability to maintain a high client retention rate (75%+)
- Strong relationships with EPC companies
